We’re seeking a versatile Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to create engaging content for our clients’ social media platforms and support broader content marketing strategies. This role combines a flair for design with strategic social media expertise, driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics, animations, and multimedia content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
• Support content marketing efforts by designing assets for blogs, newsletters, and other digital campaigns.
• Create occasional website assets, such as banners or visuals, when needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and refine creative deliverables.
• Produce engaging TikTok videos tailored to client brands and audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations to elevate client campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide and optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and content marketing (a strong portfolio is a must).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience working with non-profits and startups.
